Leicester City Football Club has announced that Ricardo Perrier has returned from his recent injury and is now back in training with the squad. The forward, who suffered a knee injury during Leicester's Premier League game against Chelsea on February 24th, has been sidelined for several weeks.
Perrier, 29 years old, was brought into Leicester City as part of their summer transfer window in January 2021. He had made 25 appearances for the club since then, scoring two goals.
The club said in a statement: "We are pleased to announce that Ricardo Perrier has returned to training after recovering from a knee injury sustained during Leicester's Premier League game against Chelsea on February 24th. While Perrier is back in training, he will not be able to play in Leicester City's upcoming games until further notice. The club has yet to provide any details about when he might be fit to start again.

Leicester City currently sits 18th in the Premier League table, nine points behind champions Manchester City. With Perrier returning to action, the club may have an advantage over some of its rivals in the coming months.
