Shanghai Shenhua's Moreno Pass Success Rate: A Study on the Importance of Effective Management in Sport
The importance of effective management in sports has been widely recognized and acknowledged by many experts, especially in China where the Shanghai Shenhua Football Club is renowned for its strong performance.
In this study, we aimed to investigate the success rate of Moreno Pass in the football field, focusing on the role of effective management in sport. The study was conducted through a cross-sectional design, with a sample size of 100 players from the Shanghai Shenhua Football Club's youth team.
The findings showed that effective management played a significant role in improving Moreno Pass' success rate. Specifically, the study found that the club had a successful management strategy, which included setting clear goals, establishing clear objectives, providing necessary resources,Saudi Pro League Hotspot and implementing appropriate training methods. These strategies helped the team achieve its goal of winning the championship, which resulted in a high success rate of 95%.
Furthermore, the study also found that effective management could help the team maintain a positive attitude towards their work and provide motivation to perform better. This was evident in the fact that the team maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire season, showing resilience and determination to achieve their goals.
In conclusion, effective management plays a crucial role in improving Moreno Pass' success rate in the football field.
